Ken is an experienced commercial and business lawyer offering substantial experience to entrepreneurs and their businesses on a breadth of complex commercial, franchise and business matters.
Ken’s general corporate and business law practice currently focuses on advising established and startup entities on a wide variety of legal matters from business formation to client and marketing agreements to business sales. Additionally, Ken counsels both franchisors and franchisees on a wide variety of franchise and distribution matters. His experience includes establishing franchise systems from the structuring of business entities through to the registration of the franchise disclosure document and documenting supply, distribution and marketing relationships.
Prior to starting his firm, Ken was the first inhouse attorney - and was instrumental in establishing the corporate legal department - for a leading franchise company with over a thousand domestic and international retail locations. Before going in house, Ken was engaged in a transactional business law and commercial practice counseling startup and established clients on a broad range of corporate, commercial and business law matters and the resolution of disputes.
